Located in scenic York, Maine, Nubble Lighthouse (formally known as Cape Neddick Light Station) is one of the most photographed lighthouses in the world. It sits just off the mainland on Nubble Island and can be viewed by visitors from Sohier Park. "The Nubble", as many locals refer to it, stands as an iconic symbol of Maine's maritime history.
Park in downtown Portsmouth right on the waterfront with fantastic views. There's an enclosed formal garden with brick walks, fountains, and beautiful trees. During the summer, Prescott Park Arts Festival has nightly events such as outdoor movies, plays, and live music.
