Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding will be Black Tie Optional, so feel free to wear a tuxedo or a formal suit. Alternatively, an evening gown or a midi- length cocktail dress would be appropriate. We can't wait to see you looking your best!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

It’s important to us that our wedding be a day of celebration with those most important to us, so we've have chosen to keep the guest list small. We ask guests not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we’re only able to accommodate children in the wedding party. While we adore your little ones, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare for the evening. We appreciate your understanding!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We did our best to choose meal options to accommodate all known food allergies among guests. If you do not see a suitable option for your dietary restrictions, please reach out to one of us directly & we’ll do our best to make sure your needs are met!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be valet parking available at the venue!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block for guests at Hotel Indigo West Chester. Cutoff date to get the discounted rate is 8/19/2025, so be sure to book your room before then! There are few other hotels close by as well, such as Hotel Warner and Holiday Inn Express & Suites, if you’d prefer to stay at one of those instead!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We do not have transportation set up to/from the hotels, however the venue is only about a 5 minute drive (or Uber ride) away! If you choose to drive, valet parking is available for you at the venue!

Is there anything else important to know about the venue?

Answer

Yes, very important- please note this is a smoke free venue! That includes the use of vape pens. We ask that you be respectful of this rule and leave any smoking devices/cigarettes in your car or hotel room. Violation of this rule will result in a fine from the venue, which will be passed along to the person(s) who violated it. (which sounds horrible, mean & like something we’d rather not do) So please, just refrain from smoking. Thank you/love you xo
