When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP no later than September 18th, 2025. However, an earlier response would be greatly appreciated, as it will allow us to finalize arrangements for the weekend’s events.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our wedding will be Black Tie Optional. Feel free to wear a tuxedo or a formal suit. Alternatively, an evening gown or a midi- length cocktail dress would be appropriate. We can't wait to see you looking your best! PS: check out the Attire section if you’d like some visual examples

Can I bring a date?

We’ve chosen to keep the guest list small, so our wedding can be a day of celebration with those we cherish most. We ask guests not bring a plus one unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we’re only able to accommodate children in the wedding party. While we adore your little ones, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare for the evening. We appreciate your understanding!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We did our best to accommodate all known food allergies + preferences among guests. However, if you do not see a suitable option for your dietary restrictions, please reach out & we’ll make sure your needs are met.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We've set up room blocks at Hotel Indigo West Chester & Hotel Warner. Cutoff dates for discounted rates are: 8/19 for Hotel Indigo & 9/17 for Hotel Warner, so be sure to book before then! More info / link to book under Travel section!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Yes, there will be a shuttle available (more info to come!). The venue is not a far drive from the hotels, but if you plan on drinking - please stay safe & take advantage of the shuttle ♡

What is the parking situation at the venue?

There will be valet parking available at the venue for those who would like to drive themselves!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask guests to arrive at 3PM, so the ceremony can start promptly at 3:30PM. This will give us as long as possible to celebrate together, since the event must end at 9PM due to a neighborhood sound ordinance.

Is there anything important to know about the venue?

Answer

Yes, very important- please note this is a smoke free venue! That includes the use of vape pens. We ask that you be respectful of this rule and leave any smoking devices/cigarettes in your car or hotel room. Violation of this rule will result in a fine from the venue, which will be passed along to the person(s) who violated it. (which sounds horrible, mean & like something we’d rather not do) So please, just refrain from smoking. Thank you / love you xo
