We kindly ask that guests arrive 20–30 minutes prior to the ceremony, which begins promptly at 4:30 PM. This allows plenty of time for check-in, finding your seat, and soaking in the pre-ceremony atmosphere. We want everyone to be comfortably seated before the celebration starts—so please don’t be late!

Answer
We plan to hold our ceremony outdoors as long as there is no rain. The reception will take place indoors. Please consider the temperature to dress appropriately for an outdoor ceremony.

We’d love for you to join us in cocktail attire! Think elegant, fun, and comfortable. Dress to impress, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you in style! Please avoid overly casual attire, such as jeans or sneakers, to maintain the festive and elegant atmosphere of the event.

For the safety of our guests, The Evermore allows you to leave your car on-site overnight until 10:30 a.m. the next morning.

Answer
Yes! Uber and other ride-sharing services are welcome to pick up and drop off guests at the venue. We recommend coordinating your rides in advance to ensure smooth transportation.

We love your little ones, but to ensure all our guests have an enjoyable experience, we’ve decided to make this a child-free event. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ve already submitted numbers to our venue, so we can’t guarantee that updates will be possible after the RSVP deadline—but we’ll do our best to accommodate.
