Question

How do I book a room at the resort?

Answer

You must call the hotel directly to book a room under our block rate. Please give them a call, even if online is showing no rooms available - the rooms that we have specifically set aside for our guests will not come up on their website. Please see travel section of our website for more details. If you have difficulty please reach out to Nicole or Michael to assist you in booking a room.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

All guests are invited to come to our Welcome Party at the Beach Pavilion at Mountain Top Resort on Thursday July 30th at 8:30pm. We will be providing s'mores and Ben N Jerrys. Drinks will also be available. We do kindly ask that you RSVP to this event separately when you submit your RSVP, as we do need to provide a head count.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to arrive to the Knoll between 4:15-4:45pm. We ask that everyone be finished seating by 4:45pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, Mountain Top Resort has plenty of parking by the main Inn. Mountain Top also provides complimentary shuttle services for travel around the resort itself. If attending the Welcome Party at the Beach Pavilion, we highly encourage you to utilize this service, as parking down there is very limited and it is quite a long walk from the Inn. This service will run continuously and at your request, please speak to the front desk for more information.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invite will have indicated whether or not we have reserved an extra seat for you. Our venue does have a maximum guest limit which means we unfortunately cannot accommodate everyone we love bringing a plus one. If you are unsure about the wording on your invitation, please reach out to Nicole or Michael.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress is Semi-Formal. While we do not have an official color palate, we do suggest our guests wear neutral or pastel colors and refrain from anything excessively loud/bright. Ladies, keep in mind the ceremony will be held in a grass field.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, on your RSVP spot, there will be a place to put and dietary and other notes. If you missed this, please reach out to Nicole or Michael no later than June 30th dso they can update the kitchen at the resort in time.
