Have a question? You’re probably not the only one! We’ve put together answers to some of the most common questions about our wedding day—from what to wear and where to park, to whether your plus-one is invited and what the food situation will be. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We need to provide our final numbers to the venue by February 15th, 2026. We kindly ask that everyone RSVP before this date to allow time to communicate with our vendors. If we haven’t heard from you by then, we will assume you are not able to make it.

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes!! We want everyone to have a great time! The Downtown Club is fully wheelchair accessible, including entrances, elevators, event spaces, and restrooms. Service animals are welcome—just let us know ahead of time. Accessible parking is at the venue (and we have valet parking for everyone), and rideshare or accessible taxis are also easy options. If you have any questions or special needs, reach out to us and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress to impress in your best attire. Feel free to have fun with your outfit—bright colors are encouraged! Our wedding party will be wearing fuchsia. We kindly ask that you avoid jeans or denim, and please steer clear of white or light ivory tones. Let your look reflect the joy of the occasion—we can’t wait to see you all looking fabulous!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re excited to celebrate with our nearest and dearest, and are keeping the guest list limited to those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our venue is unable to accommodate guests under 18 years old. We hope you enjoy a fun evening out!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors at the Downtown Club.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We recommend arriving between 5:00 and 5:15 PM to allow time to find your seat and settle in. Guests arriving after the ceremony begins will be guided to a waiting area and invited to join us at social hour once the ceremony concludes.

Can we take our own pictures or videos during the wedding?

Answer

We’re lucky to be working with an amazing photographer (Kylee B. Photography) and an exceptional videographer, so our ceremony will be unplugged. Please keep your phones tucked away so our pros can do their thing. Feel free to take all the photos and videos you’d like during the reception—and tag us if you post them!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Enjoy a full open bar with beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, cider, soda, and water stations available throughout the venue.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes—valet parking is on us at the Downtown Club for the celebration!

What if I’m staying in Philly with a car?

Answer

If you're staying in the city, we recommend planning ahead for parking. Valet is available at the Renaissance Philadelphia Downtown Hotel (our hotel block) for $60/day. We also suggest using rideshares like Uber or Lyft when possible—city parking can be a little adventurous.

Since there will be alcohol, what should I do about driving?

Answer

Please, please don’t drink and drive. We encourage guests to stay at our hotel block just five minutes from the venue in a well-lit, safe area, or to use rideshare apps like Uber or Lyft to get to and from the celebration.

Where should we send or bring our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift of all! But if you’d like to send something, our registry can be found via the Registry tab with our address pre-populated. Any gifts sent outside of the registry should be sent to our UPS box at 3720 Spruce St, PMB 187, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
