This hotel is only 5 minutes from the venue! This is where we will be staying. There is also a hotel block at this hotel. This is good for Friday and/or Saturday. This hotel is only 13 minutes from the venue. There is also a hotel block at this hotel. This is good for Friday and/or Saturday. It will be on a first come, first serve basis. Please visit the website www.ihg.com , put in Clute, TX as destination, and the dates. It is the Holiday Inn Express. In rate preference there is a dropdown menu, click group rate, and use code MMW. This is the phone number if you want to book over phone (1-877-424-2449). Please let us know if you need any help with this. AirBnB is another great option!
Flight
Houston has two major airports, George Bush and Houston Hobby. Hobby airport is the one on the South Side of Houston and closer to us and our venue. George Bush is still an option, but may be 2 hours of travel to get to the venue area.
