Where's the wedding ceremony & reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Rooftop at the Providence G, located at 100 Dorrance St, Providence, RI 02903. Rooftop at the Providence G is a rooftop restaurant and lounge that is weatherized and located in Downtown Providence.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Paid parking is available in the attached garage of the Rooftop at Providence G, the garage takes cars at a first come first serve basis. Event parking is $30. There is also street parking that surrounds the building or a number of different lots in the area. If you are staying overnight, you can park at Neptune, an Ash Hotel in the morning and check in after the wedding. You will scan a code at the Front Desk while checking in to get the $42 parking rate. Their lot charges by 24hr. You can also reserve parking ahead of time through SpotHero. There are numerous lots and garages in the area. Since it is a busy weekend in Providence, we suggest reserving parking ahead of time.

What's the wedding dress code?

Answer

There is no strict dress code for the event; however, we recommend semi-formal cocktail attire. Guests are welcome to wear any colors they prefer.

Horderves and salads as well as three buffet styled entrees: - Baked Penne - Pan Roasted Statler Chicken with Rice Pilaf, Asparagus Tips, Sautéed Mushrooms, Veal-Brandy Sauce - Roasted Tenderloin with Mashed Potatoes, Caramelized Onions, Asparagus, Red Wine Demi Please inform us on any food allergies. Save room for dessert! :)

Are there overnight accomodations?

Several hotels are located within a mile of the Rooftop at the Providence G. We have secured a group block at Neptune, an Ash Hotel, for your convenience. Booking details and the discounted group block code can be found in the Travel section. If you plan to stay overnight, we recommend making your reservation soon, as it is a busy weekend in Providence.

Are there post wedding plans?

Answer

The Rooftop at the Providence G will be exclusively reserved for us until 4 PM. After that time, guests are welcome to stay and socialize as they open to the public, or head to their hotels to check in. We have a reservation at the Providence G Pub for 6 PM. This allows everyone to check into their hotels after the wedding and unwind. The pub has an arcade with billiard tables, shuffleboard, and air hockey! Guests will pay on own if you choose to grab dinner. For those who wish to extend the evening’s excitement, we plan to head over to Boombox, the karaoke bar nearby. You'll be just steps away from the hotel after a long day. We can't wait to celebrate with everyone!
