Some love stories are written over years, ours was written over a lifetime. Our parents were friends before we were even born, so in a way, our paths were always meant to cross. We grew up side by side, from childhood playdates to teenage hallway glances. We were “boyfriend and girlfriend” in 7th grade (as serious as middle school love can be), and while it was sweet and innocent, it planted a seed that never really left. In 10th grade, Katie made the first move, and this time, it stuck. That’s when our real love story began. Our first real date? At Anna’s Pizza, with Katie’s mom and the whole family, a sign of how naturally we’ve always just fit into each other’s lives. Since the very beginning, we’ve acted like we were already married. We’ve grown up together, supported each other through everything, and built a love that’s steady, playful, and real. Katie knew Nick was “the one” from the time she was 12 years old (just ask Connie) and if you’ve seen us together, you’d probably say the same. From high school sweethearts to soon-to-be husband and wife, our story is full of little moments, inside jokes, and a love that feels like home. We’re so excited to begin this next chapter and even more grateful to share it with the people who’ve been part of our journey all along.
