Elopement Party

The Wedding Website of Taylor McLaughlin and Mark Schooley
Three of our closest friends will be joining us on our elopement trip to Italy. Alison, Lindsay and Reed will be our officiants, photographers, bridesmaids and groomsman, flower girls and boy, DJs, hair and makeup stylists, and so much more. Past adventures include: Hiking Half Dome Multiple Yosemite Trips Living Together in Maui Playing Mario Cardi B Going to Disneyland Cutting Mark's Hair We can't think of a better group of folks to marry us, and we are thrilled that their collective response to our elopement proposal on another continent was "Hell yes!"

Alison Wu(hoo)

Wedding Renaissance Woman

Alison's favorite cocktail is a white walker (pictured above), she hates fondant, and loves TikTok-ing. Taylor and Mark's favorite memory of Alison: The time Alison started eating Taylor's birthday cupcakes before Taylor even had any. She didn't realize until we told her that it was time to sing happy birthday and have dessert. Alison feels right at home when around us, and we truly love that about her.

Reed Zelezny

Wedding Renaissance Man

Don't let the brooding face that Reed is famous for fool you - he is a hoot to be around and always down for a good time. Taylor and Mark's favorite memory of Reed: Reed is the king of the biggest dad activity there is: snorkeling. During our time in Maui, we would rather snorkel with Reed than each other because boy oh boy could Reed spot a sea turtle from a mile away. He constantly entertained us by going out whenever we wanted to, and was a great turtle and fish guide.

Lindsay Hickok

Wedding Renaissance Woman

Once you find out Lindsay is related to the notorious lawman Wild Bill Hickok, it all makes sense. She is the definition of "good trouble" and is the life of our five person party. Taylor and Mark's favorite memory of Lindsay: Lindsay unexpectedly lived with us for a few weeks in 2019. The whole time was a blast, but on one particular night Taylor came home to a wine tipsy Lindsay and Mark watching Stranger Things. Mark had cooked Lindsay a salmon dinner in an attempt to cheer her up, wouldn't stop pouring her wine, and Lindsay texted Taylor earlier that night that she shouldn't let Mark go. Taylor listened.
