When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP on our website by July 20th.

Where are the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are going to be held at Three Steeples United in Sauquoit, NY.

Where do guests park?

Answer

There is a limited amount of parking next to the event barn. A majority of parking will be along the street in front of the church.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/garden party attire for our guests! Bridesmaids will be wearing baby pink and groomsmen will be wearing black tuxedos.

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

4pm with the reception to follow right after!

What if you are traveling from out of the area?

Answer

There are several hotels located in New Hartford and Utica that you can stay in after the reception if you are traveling from far. Please take a look at the Lodging page to see several hotel options.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Everyone who has received a plus one will have the ability to fill in their name when you RSVP.

What time should I get to the venue for the ceremony?

Answer

It would be best to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony starts which will be at 4pm.

When does the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 10pm.

Will the ceremony and reception be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be inside of the church and the reception will be in the event barn directly behind the church. The event barn is a moslty enclosed space. Keep in mind that it will be August and quite warm!
