What is the dress code?

Semi-formal or Dressy Casual Our wedding will take place in a rustic barn setting. Think nice dresses, skirts, button-downs, nice pair of blue jeans, or slacks. Cowboy boots or flats are perfect—no need for heels! It may get cooler in the evening, so a light layer is a good idea. What to wear: - Sundresses, midi or maxi dresses, skirts with blouses - Clean dark blue jeans - Slacks or chinos with a button-down, polo, or light sweater - Comfortable shoes like boots, loafers, or flats - Layers are recommended for the cooler evening air Please avoid: - Work pants - Hickory shirts - Shorts - Graphic tees - Athletic wear, leggings, or sweatpants - Flip-flops, running shoes, or overly casual footwear - Overly formal outfits (tuxedos or sequined gowns aren’t necessary) We want everyone to feel good and look great without going over the top—think relaxed elegance that fits the rustic setting but please remember that this is a wedding ceremony.

Can I bring a plus one or additional guests?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. The venue we are having our wedding at has a very strict number of guests that can attend. We have limited seating and tables for guests. We have already had to cut down on our guest list so we ask that you please respect the bride and grooms wishes. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out and ask.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Absolutely! The bride and groom just ask that all wedding guests and kids remain respectful during the ceremony. We also request that kids are not on the dance floor during ceremonial dances of the bride and groom.
