Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We ask that you arrive to the ceremony 30 minutes prior. There is a walk from the parking lot/parking on the street to the amphitheater.
There is a parking lot at Oak Canyon Nature Center, but it is limited. There is also plenty of street parking just outside leading up to the location on Walnut Canyon Road. So, make sure to give yourself plenty of time! For the reception at Orange Hill, there will be valet parking. But don't worry... It's on us! (Feel free to leave them a little tip though!) let them know you’re there for the wedding. :)
The ceremony will be held at the amphitheater at Oak Canyon Nature Center. Once you park, head towards the Interpretive Center building. You should see a sign to the right of the parking lot that points to the bathroom and to the Nature Center. Follow the arrow that says Nature Center. Follow the Heritage Trail for a very short distance, and you will see the amphitheater!
We're getting married under a canopy of old oak trees, and we'd love for your outfits to feel as magical as the setting! Think whimsical and colorful like florals, pastels, and something you can twirl in. This is a semi-formal celebration, so wear whatever you feel beautiful in (just please no white)! A quick note on footwear: There's a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the ceremony site on a dirt trail (it is a nature center after all!) so we recommend comfy shoes that won't hurt your feet.
