Airport and Bus Information

For guests that will be flying in for our wedding weekend, we recommend flying into Boston Logan International Airport which is about a 1.5-2 hour drive to Cape Cod. You can either rent a car directly from the airport, or there is a bus that will take you directly to the Hyannis Transportation Center which is located 5 minutes from the Anchor In Hotel and the Courtyard Marriott Hyannis where we have rooms blocked. You can book bus tickets from Boston Airport to Hyannis at the link below.

We have 20 rooms blocked including king or double queen standard rooms that are available at the discounted rate of $369 + tax per room, per night. There is 2-night minimum night stay at this property, our discounted room rate applies for a stay between Friday, August 1 - Monday, August 4. The cut off date to reserve under our room block at the Bluebird Dennisport Hotel is June 3, 2025. To book your room(s) under our room block, please call the hotel and ask to make a reservation under the Ballard_McKnight Wedding Block. A 50% deposit will be required at the time of the booking. This hotel is 10 minutes from the Wychmere Beach Club.

There is 2-night minimum night stay at this property, our discounted room rate applies for a stay between Saturday, August 2 - Monday, August 4. The cut off date to reserve under our room block at the Courtyard Cape Cod Hyannis is July 4, 2025. Anchor In

We have 30 rooms blocked including king or double queen standard rooms that are available at the discounted rate of $359 + tax per room, per night. There is a one time $40 destination fee which will give you access to parking, wi-fi, s'mores kits for fire pits, beverages in the library, cruiser bikes, beach passes and beach towels. There is 2-night minimum night stay at this property, our discounted room rate applies for a stay between Saturday, August 2 - Monday, August 4. The cut off date to reserve under our room block at the Anchor In is June 30, 2025. To book your room(s) under our room block, please call the hotel and ask for the discounted rate under the Ballard Wedding Block. A 50% deposit will be required at the time of the booking. If you plan on spending more time on the Cape during our wedding weekend, Airbnb or VRBO is a great option! Feel free to text us for recommendations on different areas. Chatham, Dennis, Harwich Port are all great places to start.

Shuttle

Shuttles from hotels to Wychmere Beach Club

August 3, 2025 5:30 pm - 1:00 am

Shuttle buses will be available to transfer guests staying at the dedicated hotel room blocks to and from the Wychmere Beach Club. Please note that you will be responsible for getting yourself to and from the ceremony, as the shuttles are only taking guests to the Wychmere and back. Stay tuned for shuttle bus schedules!
