Parking at the Venue?
Answer
There is limited parking at the venue. We encourage guests to take the shuttle from the Hassayampa Inn to the venue.

What is the address for the Welcome Dinner?
Answer
There is not a physical address for the Welcome Dinner. Navigate to Talking Rock Ranch. The directions are as follows: Go through the Guard Gate. Take the first right on Double Adobe. When Double Adobe ends, Turn right on Sterling Ranch Road. The Point will be on the Right.

We would like our special day to be an adult-only occasion. We hope you enjoy your night off!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests refrain from bringing additional guests unless those guests are specifically mentioned on the invitation. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other extra guests due to venue capacity.

What if I don't RSVP?
Answer
To help us with planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by the date provided on your formal invitation. If you are having trouble RSVPing, please contact the bride or groom. Unfortunately, if we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline noted on the invitation, we will have to mark you as "not attending". We will miss celebrating with you, but we do need to finalize guest count for the venue and vendors. We cannot make any exceptions. We hope you understand.

Attire?
Answer
We suggest guests wear layers as it will be chilly after dark. Boots or flats will be the most comfortable as the ground will be uneven. We kindly request guests dress up for the occasion. Please no jeans, t-shirts, flipflops, etc.

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?
Answer
Yes! There will be a Welcome Dinner Saturday at 5 PM. Food, drinks and yard games!
