Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes—there will be a shuttle service available to and from the Courtyard by Marriott. Guests may leave their vehicles overnight in The Pines parking lot; however, all vehicles must be retrieved by 9:00 a.m. the following morning. Alternatively, guests may choose to park at the Courtyard by Marriott and take the shuttle to The Pines.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m. Guests are encouraged to arrive 15–20 minutes early to allow time for seating.

What Pines venue are you at?

Answer

The Pines Wedding & Event Venue features two venues: White and Black. Our wedding will be held at The Pines BLACK. Upon arrival, please follow the posted signage, which will direct you to the designated parking lot for The Pines Black.
