Hello all, we just heard back from the wedding planner at the Chadwick. A dance floor would be allowed but masks would still be encouraged. Bar carts would be pushed around for beer and wine instead of an open bar. Guests would have to place any mixed drink orders through a waitress/waiter. The guest list would have to be cut to accommodate the occupancy roles. Hor d'oeuvres and all other food would have to be served to each guest. In addition, a cookie table would have to be covered in glass. And all other cookies would have to be prepackaged. It’s with these conditions as well as many others we have decided to cancel the August 30 date.

Please feel free to stop by, grab some food and do a drive by! We are more than willing to run out to your car and say hi real quick while delivering you some goodies from the shower.
Just got confirmation that we can move forward with the shower. If you haven’t RSVP’d for the new date, please do so ASAP. We are sitting at 24 so far and can only have 25 in attendance. The shower will be much more relaxed as we still need to social distance. Only 4 chairs will be setup per table. Please bring a lawn chair as we will be allowed to sit outside as well(weather permitting). If you are not comfortable coming, do not feel well, or have recently traveled, please stay home. We will bring social distancing as much as possible. Masks will be required while around others and especially while grabbing food. Hand sanitizers will be spread out on tables as well.
Hi all! On June 6th we will be doing an intimate ceremony (under 25) at The Chadwick. Unfortunately, we have had to cut back aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. However, our DJ is going to live stream the event on his Facebook page for those near and far who couldn’t be in attendance. Please watch this page for further details and the link. Thank you for your cooperation on this crazy journey.
The shower is still on. With the transition into yellow, we are hoping to move forward unless the venue cancels again. If anything, we will do a drive by shower. This page will continue to be updated as I learn of any changes. Thank you!
Family and friends, we have had to postpone the wedding due to the current events. Please understand this decision was hard. We are planning to still get married, in the presence of our immediate family, on June 6, 2020. Please join us on August 30, 2020 for the ceremony and reception we have been planning for 1.5 years! We hope you will still be able to celebrate with us! We will be sending out new stationary and will be asking everyone to respond on the RSVP tab on here! Thank you for cooperation and we hope to celebrate with everyone on August 30. With love, Courtney and Justin
As of now, we are moving forward with our June date. The venue has asked us to pick an additional date in case we need to postpone. That date is August 30. If we do need to postpone, formal stationary will be sent out and we will ask that you RSVP again. Please stay patient with us as we have 150 guests and may need to cut back the guest list due to CDC guidelines. If this happens, we will have to limit our list to immediate family. However, do not worry! We will plan another celebration when the guidelines are lifted! Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns, and keep your fingers crossed that we are able to move forward with our original date and with all of our family and friends in attendance :)
Due to the safety of the family and friends invited to celebrate on April 5th, 2020 at Courtney's Bridal Shower, we have made the difficult decision to push the date back to May 23, 2020. We realize this is over Memorial Day weekend and hope that you all can still join us. Please help us figure out our new guest count by RSVPing to the same number found on the back of the shower invitation by May 15th. We appreciate your cooperation as we try to figure all of this out while still staying healthy. If you have further questions, you can reach out to Courtney at 724-591-6175. Thank you!
The best place to check would be the wedding website. We will keep everyone updated the best we can. As of now, the shower venue is still moving forward with hosting us and the wedding venue is only working with couples through April dates as of now for rescheduling. We do ask that if you are not feeling well or have had contact with anyone who isn’t feeling well, that you stay home. While your presence will be missed, it is best you stay home and avoid contact with others. If you do not feel comfortable attending the shower or wedding due to the current events, we understand. Your health is the most important thing in this situation! Wedding invitations will still be sent out around the beginning of April. Please RSVP as normal and we ask that you place a phone number at the bottom of your RSVP in case of possible rescheduling. We appreciate your cooperation during all of this. If you have any questions, you can reach me at 724-591-6175 (text please as I am still working). Thanks!
