We met through our good friends Gina and Paul. Gina and I were watching the Lions play Sunday night football at a local bar and Paul and a few of his friends came to watch the game as well. Matt sat next to me at the table and ordered a cup of chili and a beer. I teased him about his choice of food, probably made him uncomfortable and definitely talked through most of the game. He seemed quiet, polite, and really into sports. I was loud, overdressed for the bar and figured the Lions would lose! But somehow we started talking that night and have never stopped since. Fast forward four years, we have three dogs, a great home and a beautiful baby girl named Delilah James! We’re so excited to celebrate our wedding with all of our friends and family in Jupiter! See you all on the beach!

For my birthday in July of 2018 Matt surprised me with a trip to Europe and by the first week of September we were on our way to Italy! We started in Rome and made our way down the Amalfi Coast. We ate amazing meals and drank spectacular wine! It was a trip of a lifetime! While in the town of Ravello, Matt surprised me by getting down on one knee and proposing! It takes a lot to surprise me and he got me for sure! While heading back to our hotel room to change for a dinner reservation he took a left out of a doorway onto the hotel’s patio overlooking the entire coast at sunset. I, of course told him we didn’t have time to be out there because we were going to be late and when he got down on one knee I told him to not even bother tying his shoe because he had to put nicer ones on for dinner lol! So when he pulled out a ring box and said the most genuine, kindest and sweetest things to me, I could not have been more shocked! Of course I said yes!!!!!! I have never been more surprised in my life and it didn’t even hit me until we got back to our room. I cried 20 minutes later in our hotel room bathroom while blowdrying my hair! Haha! We can’t wait to make it official and to start the next chapter of our lives together! See you all for the big day on July 4th, 2020!!

Why Jupiter, FL you ask?... We love it there! Matt’s parents Jim and Kitty have a great condo which they so graciously allow us to vacation at and we always have such a fun time. So when we started to plan a wedding one of the first places we thought of was Jupiter! It’s a town with a great beach, good food and cold drinks! We want all of our friends and family to be able to relax and have a good time at our wedding! Shoes off, toes in the sand with a pina colada type of vibe! So we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
