When Megan was a senior in high school, Luke was a sophomore. Megan’s best friend’s at that time, would carpool to school together everyday. In the middle of the school year, Luke and his family moved to TN. A few weeks later Megan’s friends introduced her to Luke. Immediately they hit it off as friends. It wasn’t until Luke fell down a hill, snapping his knee apart, taking him out of football; when he really got to spend time with friends… more specifically Megan. It wasn’t long after that until he asked her out and they were dating. (Of course after graduating high school and dating a guy still in it has its challenges, they made it work). After Luke graduated high school in 2021, his dad got a new work position in Houston, TX. At first tears were shed and long distance seemed scary, but it worked out in their favor because Megan moved there too a few months later with the help of both families. Which leads us here today, years later… states away from where it all started, getting married!! In honor of our love story, we wanted our friends and family who always supported us to be the ones to celebrate this day with us! So thank you, and we appreciate all of you! :)
