Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors at Bahía Mita Surf & Spa Resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Yes — a valid passport is required for travel to Mexico. If you do not already have one or need to renew it, please visit the official U.S. passport website for information and applications: https://travel.state.gov.
The dress code is semi-formal. Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits are encouraged. Since the celebration is outdoors, we recommend breathable fabrics and comfortable footwear.
Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for seating before the ceremony begins.
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.
Due to space limitations, only guests listed on the invitation will be able to attend.
Guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour and a delicious seated dinner at the reception.
Absolutely — please include any allergies or dietary needs when submitting your RSVP.
Your presence is the greatest gift. For those wishing to give, registry details are available on our website.
We’ll be creating a private wedding Facebook group where all updates, tips, and FAQs will live — so everyone can stay in the loop in one easy place. Our travel agent will also be in the group to help with booking, room blocks, flights, and anything travel-related. This way, answers are shared with everyone and nothing gets missed.
