Both the ceremony and reception will take place on the campus of Mercersburg Academy in Mercersburg, Pennsylvania. The best address for GPS is: 100 Academy Drive, Mercersburg, PA 17236 Ceremony: Irvine Memorial Chapel Reception: The Edwards Room, located in Keil Hall (just a short walk from the chapel)

We recommend arriving between 2:30 and 2:45 PM to allow time for parking and walking to the chapel. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM, and doors will close at 2:50 PM to ensure everyone is seated before we begin. Thank you for arriving on time—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We’d love for our guests to dress in formal attire. For the gentlemen, a tux or a suit and tie is perfect. For the ladies, a long gown or a dressy cocktail dress would be lovely!
We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. While we love your little ones and your loved ones, we’re keeping our celebration intimate and appreciate your understanding as we stick to our guest list.

Yes! Parking is available around the Irvine Memorial Chapel. The Edwards Room (our reception venue) is just a short 2-minute walk from the chapel, but for those who prefer to drive, additional parking is available near the reception as well.
All parts of the celebration will be held indoors. The cocktail hour and reception are just a short 2-minute walk from the chapel for those who prefer to stroll, but parking is also available nearby if you’d rather drive.
