Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Due to limited parking at the ceremony and reception venue, we kindly ask all guests to park at the Beam Residence, located at 359 Jamestown Rd, Wilmington, OH 45177. A shuttle will take you 4 minutes down the road to the venue location.

Can I be dropped off at the venue location?

Answer

Yes, if you are being dropped off and picked up - guests up may go directly to the wedding venue at 4497 Wilson Rd, Jamestown, OH 45335.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. The ceremony will be held outside, and the reception will be hosted under a covered event tent. Please note that all portions of the event will be held on grass.

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer guests wear?

Answer

Guests are welcome to wear whatever they feel most comfortable in. However, if you’d like to coordinate with the overall aesthetic of the day, we would love to see guests in neutral tones and fall-inspired colors such as browns, greens, oranges, and similar shades. Floral patterns are also warmly encouraged! We’d love for our guests to embrace a western elegance style for the celebration. Jeans are absolutely welcome, and we’d especially love to see cowboy boots and hats!

Are there accommodations near the venue or hotel room blocks?

Answer

For guests traveling in, we’ve reserved a room block at the Holiday Inn Roberts Centre under the Beam-Harshbarger Wedding. Holiday Inn Roberts Centre 123 Gano Road Wilmington, OH 45177 To reserve a room, call the hotel and mention the Beam-Harshbarger Wedding room block, or book online using the link located in the "Travel" tab. Please note that rooms in the block must be reserved by August 12 to receive the group rate. We recommend booking early to ensure availability. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We'll provide shuttle service for your convenience. Arrival shuttles will begin departing for the venue at 3:30 PM, with service continuing through 4:00 PM. Return shuttles will depart starting at 9:30 PM and run through 11:30 PM. The shuttle will go to both the parking location and the hotel

Are plus-ones allowed?

Answer

Your invitation will specify whether a guest has been included. If a plus-one is listed on your invitation, we would be delighted to have them join us in celebrating. To help us stay within our venue capacity, we kindly ask that guests attend only if they are included on the invitation.

Is the wedding kid friendly?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We kindly ask that guests make arrangements for childcare and join us for an evening of celebration.
