We are are staying at the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort, conveniently located near both the Courthouse Gardens and La Amada. Some other nearby options include: Kimpton Canary Hotel – boutique style in downtown Santa Barbara, perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. Mar Monte Hotel – classic comfort in the heart of downtown, close to shopping and dining. Spanish Garden Inn – charming and cozy, ideal for a romantic stay. Riviera Beach House – contemporary boutique with rooftop views. Airbnb/VRBO options – plenty of beautiful rentals in the Funk Zone and waterfront areas for groups or families. Downtown and surrounding areas in Santa Barbara have a host of options!

We’d love for guests to wear cocktail attire! Our ceremony will be held in the beautiful courthouse gardens, with the celebration continuing indoors at La Amada. Heels may sink into the grass at the courthouse gardens, so block heels, wedges, or dressy flats are recommended!
The ceremony and reception locations are within close vicinity to each other and is a close walk for guests! There is a parking structure next to Granada Theatre that guests can leave their car in overnight, or ample Uber/Lyfts in the area for after!
We’re having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that phones and cameras stay tucked away so everyone can be fully present in the moment with us. Our professional photographer and videographer will be capturing everything, and we can’t wait to share those memories with you afterward!
We recommend flying into Santa Barbara Municipal Airport (SBA)! Major airlines that fly out of SBA include Alaska, American, Delta, Southwest, and United! SBA is right next to UCSB and is about a 20 minute drive from downtown Santa Barbara!
