The Flying Pig Marathon

Answer

Our wedding is the same weekend as the Flying Pig Marathon (sorry about that, we're not big runners so this wasn't really on our radar). Those planning to leave the city on Sunday may have to take an alternate route - the race starts at 6:30am and doesn't wrap up until 2:30pm. Please factor this in to your travel plans.

Is anyone changing their last name?

Answer

Nope! Our last names are very important to us and we don't see a need to change them.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal, but Black Tie optional. We want our guests to look and feel their absolute best while we celebrate, so throw out those old ideals about "not upstaging the Bride and Groom". We want to try your best to upstage us - just don't wear white ;)

Where should I stay?

Answer

We highly recommend that all guests coming from out of town book a room at the Renaissance Hotel using the link in the Travel tab. However, we have included some other hotels that are in the same neighborhood to make it easy for you to find other options if necessary.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

All invited guests will be listed when you pull up your RSVP. We have a lot of friends and family that are very important to us and we simply did not have the space to give everyone a plus one. If you did not get a plus one we are confident that you will have plenty of familiar faces around you to keep you company.

This is an adults only event. We hope that you will take advantage of this opportunity to get a babysitter and have a night out on the town!
