Please arrive between 3:40-3:45pm. The doors will open 15-20 minutes before the ceremony. The ceremony starts promptly at 4pm.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, semi-formal!

Question

What time should I check in to my hotel prior to the wedding?

Answer

There is a 4pm check-in time and since the ceremony starts promptly at 4pm, we recommend coming straight to the venue at the arrival time listed above and checking in to the hotel after the reception!

Question

Where are the blocked rooms for out of town guests or guests wanting to stay close to the venue?

Answer

The best western is where we will be blocking rooms for our wedding.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Only those who have their spouse or "and guest" listed on their invitation are able to bring a guest. If you are not sure if you can bring a guest, please reach out to the bride or groom. We ask this because we have a limited amount of space. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love kiddos, it will be a children free evening! Only a select few kids will be at the wedding from the bride and grooms immediate family. If you are unsure of who this entails, please reach out to the bride or groom about this manor prior to RSVPing. Thank you for understanding! Please plan accordingly!

Question

Is there a shuttle service to the venue and from the venue at the hotel?

Answer

No, the hotel and venue are close in proximity.
