Yes. If you leave your vehicle at the venue, it must be picked up by 9 AM on Sunday, October 2nd.
Yes. There will be shuttles to and from the blocked hotel and the venue. Shuttles will leave the Residence Inn/Hilton Garden Inn to bring guests to the venue at 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM. A shuttle will also bring guests to (4:45 PM) and from (5:15 PM) the hotels listed above to complete check-in if needed. Shuttles will then bring guests from the venue back to the hotels listed above at 9:00 PM, 10:00 PM, 11:00 PM, and 11:45 PM.

The ceremony and the reception will be held at the same venue. Our plan is to hold the ceremony outdoors, but we do have the option to move indoors if weather permits. Please be seated for the ceremony by 3:50 PM.
Drinks will be served after our ceremony at 4:30 PM. We are happy to provide unlimited soft drinks (Pepsi products, juices) and a set dollar amount for our bar. Guests will be responsible for any drinks purchased after our offerings are depleted. Last call will be at 11:30 PM.
Chicken, potatoes, and a vegetable will be served for dinner. If you or one of your guests require any dietary accommodations (Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian/Vegan) or would like a kid’s meal, please RSVP by mail. Your mailed RSVP will instruct you how to notify us of any dietary accommodations. Please be seated for dinner by 5:45 PM.
