Will you have transportation?

Answer

Yes, we will have transportation from the Doyle & Homewood Suites Hotels to the wedding venue and back. Bus Schedule: *Busses are only departing from and dropping off at the Doyle and the Homewood Suites Hotels* 4:00PM - Arrive at Doyle Hotel (499 W Main St, Charlottesville, VA 22902) & Homewood Suites Hotel (2036 India Road, Charlottesville, VA 22901) 4:15PM - Depart the Doyle Hotel/Homewood Suites Hotel 5:00PM - Drop off at Pippin Hills 9:00PM - 12:00AM - Rotations Back to Doyle & Homewood Suites Hotels

Our venue has complimentary parking for those who choose to drive.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding will take place partially outdoors so please dress for the weather and grass. The dress code is black tie optional.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Please indicate these on your RSVP. We have the ability to modify for all of our guests and will happily accommodate any dietary needs!

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. While we adore your little ones, we’ve decided to keep the guest list intimate and will only have a few children from our immediate families in attendance. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we celebrate this special day!
