Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. If weather is not favorable, we will move the ceremony indoors.

What is the attire?

Answer

The attire is cocktail. Please see our "Attire" tab for examples.

Is there transportation from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will pick up guests from the Candlewood at 3:00 pm and Home2 guests at 3:05/3:10 pm. Please let McKenzie know you are using the shuttle services at 478-319-8124. The shuttle services from the venue back to the hotel will run at 9 pm, 10 pm, and 11 pm.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes there is parking at the venue! You also can leave your car there overnight if needed.

When is guest arrival for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30 pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but we have decided to make this an adults-only event. Please refer to those named on the invitation.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have chosen an intimate setting for this celebration, and can only host those named on the invitation.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Please enjoy yourselves and join us in celebrating our marriage! If needed, the venue will allow you to leave your vehicle there overnight.

Where are your registered gifts?

Answer

We are registered with Zola only. Please go to our "Registry" tab for further details!

Where should we bring wedding gifts?

Answer

Zola will allow you to ship the gift ahead of time to us. If you choose this option, our address is 10501 W 113th St, Apt 5462, Overland Park, KS 66210. Otherwise, we will have a gift table and card box at the wedding.
