We are only able to accommodate children who were individually invited. Thank you for understanding as we keep our guest list limited.
In order to keep our celebration intimate, attendance is reserved for those specifically listed on each invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with our closest family and friends!
We have room blocks available at both Hotel Vista Sierra and Holiday Inn by IHG. Guest are welcome to choose whichever option best fits their preferences - both are conveniently located and within the wedding area. Additional details can be found on the Travel tab.
We would love for our guests to dress in cocktail or semi-formal attire and celebrate with us in their best! While the event is not black tie, we encourage everyone to dress elegantly for this special occasion.
No, transportation will not be provided to and from the hotels and ceremony venue. We recommend guests plan to drive, carpool, or use rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft. Please keep in mind that the venue is in a more remote location, so we highly recommend booking rideshare services ahead of time.
The closest airport is Sacramento International Airport (SMF).
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We ask that guests arrive by 3:30 PM to allow enough time for parking, seating, and getting settled before the ceremony begins.
We ask that all RSVPs be submitted by October 3, 2026. The sooner you're able to respond, the more helpful it is as we begin planning our special day.
