Our story starts in two very different places—Raymond grew up in bustling Brooklyn, New York, while I was raised in the quiet town of Ellensburg, Washington. Life brought Raymond to Cheyenne, Wyoming, where he was stationed in the military, and I found myself there too, attending nursing school. A mutual friend set us up on a blind date at a cozy coffee shop in town. What was supposed to be a quick meet-up turned into six incredible hours of walking around Cheyenne, exploring the town, and trying to find any excuse not to end the date. That night didn’t stop there—we ended up at a friend’s house and spent even more time getting to know each other. After nursing school, I moved to Hawaii, and for two years, we navigated the challenges of a long-distance relationship. Eventually, Raymond joined me in paradise, where we bought our first home together and built a life filled with love and adventure. And now, here we are—ready to celebrate the next chapter of our journey with all of you.
