When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is April 5th. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘not attending’.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.

Are Children welcome?

Answer

Yes, absolutely yes.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

No, considering it is a church setting, we hired our photographer and would like her to capture our pictures during our unplugged ceremony. Feel free to take as many photos throughout our reception though!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will provide some, but once it's gone, it's gone. BYOB is welcomed.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be inside, the reception is in an outdoor barn location. (The barn has no AC or Heat unfortunately)

Food & Drinks?

Answer

We will be serving brisket, cheesy potato's and green beans.

When is Cocktail Hour?

Answer

Cocktail hour will be right after the ceremony at the Winfield Fair Grounds in Barn 4.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We were unable to block out rooms due to graduation weekend for Southwestern students, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable and plan accordingly, sorry for the inconvenience!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 2:00pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.
