When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Wedding invitations will be sent out by August 2025. Once received, please RSVP by September 25, 2025, so we have ample time to finalize arrangements. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will be unable to guarantee you a seat or a meal.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Join us in cocktail attire—elegant yet comfortable. A cocktail dress/stylish separates or a suit/blazer with dress pants would be appropriate Please note that the ceremony will be outdoors, so plan accordingly for the weather. The reception will be indoors. If you have any questions about what to wear, feel free to ask—we want you to feel your best while celebrating with us!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Children are welcome to join us in celebrating our special day. However, we kindly ask that they remain seated and quiet during the ceremony to ensure the moment is uninterrupted. Please also note that as the night goes on, the music and atmosphere may become less child-friendly. If you're bringing little ones, you may want to plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will indicate if you have a plus one. If your invite is addressed to you "and Guest," then yes, you are welcome to bring a date! If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to clarify.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, so please plan to arrive early to allow time for parking and seating. We kindly ask all guests to be seated by 4:45 PM to ensure an on-time start.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Instructions for dietary restrictions will be provided when you select your meal option on the RSVP form. Please carefully read the instructions and list any restrictions so we can accommodate your needs.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at the venue for both the ceremony and reception. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area if you prefer to use a ride-share service. If you plan on drinking, we kindly encourage you to arrange for a safe ride home. Let’s celebrate responsibly!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do not have a reserved hotel block, but we’ve put together a list of nearby accommodations for your convenience. You can find our hotel recommendations under the Travel tab on our website. However, please feel free to book whatever option works best for you!
