Cocktail attire is kindly requested. While the ceremony will be on the beach, the celebration will be polished and festive. For ladies, midi or full-length dresses are preferred, and we ask guests to avoid overly casual or short styles. For men, suits or jackets with dress pants are perfect, please no shorts. Ties are welcomed but not required.
Because the ceremony will take place in the sand, we recommend choosing footwear with comfort in mind. Block heels, wedges, or dressy flats are all great options. February evenings in Madeira Beach can be cool, so a light wrap or jacket is a good idea. We ask that guests arrive by 5:00 PM so all are seated by 5:15 PM. Drivers can valet at The West Events, 13435 Gulf Blvd, Madeira Beach, FL 33708, and will be guided to the beach for the ceremony. Uber or rideshare guests should be dropped off at Gulf Blvd and 134th Ave West and walk over the bridge to the ceremony. Please plan accordingly, as this is a busy time of year. Following the ceremony, guests will enjoy a cocktail hour with an open bar and light passed hors d'oeuvres. A seated, buffet-style dinner will follow, offering a chance to relax and share a meal together. After dinner, we’ll kick off the after-party with dancing, music, and plenty of fun to keep the celebration going all night long.
