When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as you can so we can get our numbers to our lovely vendors for their ease.

What COVID safety measures will be in place?

Answer

We will be asking those attending to take a COVID rapid or at home test prior to arriving at the event, regardless of vaccination status.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is no formal transportation to and from the venues.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is onsite parking at both the ceremony and reception sites.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please note your allergies or dietary needs on your reception RSVP.

Can you guarantee all attendees will be vaccinated?

Answer

Due to the nature of the event there may be children or those who for medical reasons cannot receive the vaccine present. For this reason we will be asking that all attendees regardless of vaccination status take a rapid or at home COVID test before arrival at the venue the day of the event.
