The bride and groom will pay 10% of all stays and book all accommodations based on your selections at the following link: https://forms.gle/Ua7j5g6N2jhSVBJb8. Please note that your reservation will only be accepted upon payment for your selected accommodation and length of stay. Per our contract for the hotel block, only the responsible party will be allowed to make a payment for rooms in the hotel block. This means that we will be collecting payments via Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, or cash and wiring this to the booking agent. "The reservation cost includes all meals, with a varied buffet for breakfast and dinner, and à la carte options at themed restaurants. Snacks are available 24 hours a day. Enjoy international drinks 24 hours a day, daily cocktails and poolside service. Stay active with a variety of sports and activities. Entertainment includes themed parties and live music." Guests may arrive between May 20, 2026 and May 22, 2026.

Travel Note

Passports

Passports are required to visit Costa Rica. Passports can take between 4-6 weeks to process and be delivered. They should be valid, match the name on your state ID or driver's license, and not expire within 6 months of the travel dates.
