Shuttles will be running by scheduled departures to ensure all guests make it to the reception prior to start! Be in the lobby at 3:50pm! This will be the first shuttle which will be picking up approximately 70 people. - one 40 passenger bus - two 14 passenger shuttles There will be a second pickup for hotel indigo for anyone who does not fit in the first round. Plan to be on the first shuttle!

This will be the only shuttle pickup before the start of the reception for both the Hilton and the Residence Inn. - one 40 passenger bus - one 14 passenger shuttles If you do not fit on this shuttle let the driver know how many people still need to be shuttled to the venue for a second pickup. This is only if you do not fit. If you miss the shuttle the driver will not know to come back for you as this is the scheduled pick up time!
