Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre
We love to go to Red Rocks for movies, concerts, and comedy shows. This is a good way to see some beautiful nature without having to go too far into the mountains (30 min from the hotel). Check this out for an easy hike, or get your stair workout in at the concert venue (open to the public during the day).
The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse
Want to go to Boulder? Check out this beautiful restaurant with hand-carved and hand-painted features from Tajikistan. This is where Matt met Libby's Aunt Anne and Uncle Jeff for the first time.
Denver Art Museum
Check out the place Matt worked for 6 years! This is in downtown Denver and about 20 min from the hotel.
Meow Wolf Denver's Convergence Station
Meow Wolf is full of super wacky art and it's all interactive! Matt and Libby have been to 3 of the 5 locations. Our favorite location was in Las Vegas, but Denver's Convergence Station is still pretty fun.
Butterfly Pavilion
The Butterfly Pavilion has more than just butterflies! This is only 5 min from the venue and 10 min from the hotel.
Ice Centre At the Promenade
Get your skating on at this ice rink 6 min from the venue, 11 min from the hotel.
Coors Brewery Tour
Did you know Coor's brewery started here? Take a tour of the brewery as an excuse to see beautiful Golden, CO. NOTE! Tours book up FAST! Reservations go on sale 25 days in advance and will release for booking at 12:00AM Mountain Time. Reservations are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Good luck! (~30 min from the hotel).
