This story began at the apartment pool back in 2019. It was the hottest day of the year and McKenna’s sister insisted on going to the pool to cool off. Her mother was already there chatting with Nic and his dad, inviting them to a party later that night. While Nic was reluctant to attend, his dad insisted and the two future lovebirds quickly hit it off. They spent the entire night together, bonding over music and having effortless conversation. The summer passed by, and they spent every minute they could together making memories that will last a lifetime. Fast forward to four years later, Nic woke up before the sun to drive the two down to Lancaster. They grabbed a coffee and took a hike up a small “mountain” called Rising Park, where he proposed with the ring of her dreams and a beautiful autumn view of the city. The private moment was perfect and everything they could have wanted.
