Travel Note
Getting from the airport to the resort Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach is about a 40-minute drive from Los Cabos International (SJD). We recommend pre-booking a private transfer before you fly — your driver meets you right at arrivals with a sign. A quick heads-up: Uber and Lyft can't pick up at SJD, and the arrivals hall is full of timeshare reps posing as "transportation." Just keep walking past them to your pre-booked driver outside. Private SUV/van (seats up to ~6, about $80–100 each way): book with Transcabo. Traveling solo or on a budget? A shared shuttle runs ~$20/person.
Flight
Everyone flies into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) — about 30–40 minutes from the resort. SJD has nonstop service from most major US hubs (Dallas, Houston, Denver, Phoenix, LAX, Chicago and more), so check what's direct from your closest city. Aim to arrive by Thursday, Oct 14, or earlier, for the welcome dinner and depart Sunday, Oct 17 or later. Book early — fares to Cabo climb as October gets closer.
Travel Note
A valid U.S. passport is required to enter Mexico. Make sure yours is valid through at least April 2028, and renew early if needed (processing can take a while). Mexico also uses an FMM tourist form, which is usually handled by your airline or at the airport.
