Where should we stay?

Answer

We have a block of rooms with a special Barlow-Gordon rate at the Hampton Inn at the Village of Providence. There is a link on the TRAVEL page. If you prefer to stay in an AirBnb or VRBO, properties in Harvest or Madison will be closer to the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

It would be best to arrive between 5:30-5:45.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! Venue offers a Gravel Parking lot with a short walk to the venue.

Is the wedding Indoors or Outdoors ?

Answer

Guests will be seated outdoors under a covered Pavilion for the ceremony. Cocktail hour, hors d'oeuvres and the reception will be inside.

Any other details I should know?

Answer

Open bar of assorted beer, wine, hard seltzers and mimosas. Non-Alcoholic options are water, tea and non-alcoholic beer. Gratuity will be covered.

If your children are included on your RSVP then you may bring them!
