Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 11, 2025—we're excited to celebrate with you!

Question

How should I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP through our wedding website or by mailing back the RSVP card included with your formal invitation. Your response will help us finalize arrangements for our special day, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 1:30pm and 1:45pm as our ceremony begins promptly at 2:00pm. Once the doors are closed, they will remain so until the ceremony concludes.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No, however, for our rustic spring wedding, we suggest embracing a polished yet stylish attire theme. Women may consider soft pastel dresses with lace details and comfortable footwear, ideal for the spring season. Men are encouraged to opt for light-colored button-up shirts paired with jeans and boots, reflecting the rustic charm of our celebration.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, the names listed on the invitation are the only guests we can accommodate. If we have included a plus-one for you, it will be specified on the invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we cherish your children, we regret that we are unable to accommodate all children at our wedding, regardless of age. Invitations specifying children's attendance will be addressed as 'The (Your last name) Family'. If your invitation only lists your name, it is intended for you alone. We appreciate your understanding as we aim to create an elegant and cozy atmosphere for all our guests. We understand this may require arranging childcare, and we hope this notice allows ample time to do so. We sincerely hope you can join us on our special day and look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be ample parking available at both our ceremony and reception locations.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we are asking for all phones and devices to be turned off and put away during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this occasion for all of us! After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you want! #HappliyHerbort

Question

How can I share the photos I took at the wedding?

Answer

If you are uploading any of your photos to social media, make sure to use our hashtag #HappilyHerbort. There will also be QR codes scattered throughout the reception area that will allow you to share your pictures with everyone!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony or ceremony to reception?

Answer

No, however, if you need transportation to the wedding, please contact McKenna, the Bride, at 469-285-4204, or our wedding coordinator, Tara LaMontia, at 830-928-2491. We will make every effort to arrange transportation for you.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we will be serving a BBQ buffet with all the fixings, along with a grazing table during cocktail hour. If you have any allergies or dietary concerns, please contact McKenna, the Bride, at 469-285-4204, or our wedding coordinator, Tara LaMontia, at 830-928-2491. We will gladly arrange an alternative meal for you.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

All of our recommended hotels can be found in the "Travel" section of our website.
