It’s happening!

I was just starting high school and Jimmy was a sophomore - a friend mentioned that she wanted us to meet. We went to a bonfire and began the process of getting to know each other which eventually led to us falling in love. We've been through many life events together and now, over eleven years later, we are about to tie the knot in front of everyone that we love!

When we first moved into our last apartment we carved our initials in a tree near the lake. We made plans for a Valentine's Day dinner at the restaurant down the road which was very busy and had a wait time. We decided to take a walk down to the lake where Jimmy pointed out the carvings that we had done over a year ago. When I turned around he was down on one knee and popped the question! We were so excited to share this news with everyone that we knew and can't wait to celebrate in October!
