McKayla and Jensen have been friends since the 5th grade. Soul sisters with completely opposite personalities. Jensen is sweet, gentle, warm and kind. McKayla can be all of those things… when she chooses to. Always considered the “mom” of the group, Jensen was the first to become a mom in December of 2023. McKayla is an Aunt and Godmother to a beautiful baby girl, Gracie Mae Burkum. Jensen was truly born to be a mother always radiating a motherly, caring, and nurturing type of personality.
Megan Hebert
Bridesmaid
Megan and McKayla have also known each other since 5th grade. Megan stands out in a crowd, but for more reasons other than just her fiery red hair. Megan could make a paper bag look good, but luckily, her style is way better than that. Megan always greets you with a warm smile and though life gets in the way sometimes, our bond stays just as strong as ever. Megan works as a Dialysis Tech where McKayla’s mother previously worked. Megan also became an aunt this year to her sisters baby, Jordan Alexander.
Madison Coller

Madison is the bride’s sister, she has Cerebral Palsy but she has not let it hold her back from living a full life full of joy and happiness. This is all thanks to her loving and caring parents who work day and night to give her the fullest life and care for all of her needs. I’ve spent my life explaining to strangers that my sister is in a wheelchair and that she can’t walk or talk, the general response is usually an apology or something along the lines of, “that’s too bad, I’m sorry”. Yes, Madison has had to deal with more than most. Constantly sick, multiple surgeries, rushed to Rochester, etc. But what people don’t see is two of the best parents she could have asked for tending to her every physical and emotional need. Sitting by her side in Rochester, getting up in the middle of the night to help her when she is sick, sitting with her on the couch, taking her out into the world, treating her like a human being instead of just a handicap child in a wheelchair. My response to, “I’m sorry” is always to explain that she has a good life, and that I truly believe that she understands more than we can see, she just can’t express it. I’m sorry they didn’t get to grow up with someone with special needs, because it changes how you view the world.
Mikayla Cummings

Mikayla is the Groom’s sister-in-law and the first “Mikayla” to marry into the Cummings family. She is a hairdresser at Strandz Salon, she has a full leg tattoo sleeve, loves wearing black, and can always be seen with colorful hair. The first day McKayla met Caleab, she also met Mikayla and Chase and overheard them mention that they were trying to for a baby. A few months later by Christmas time, Chase and Mikayla announced that cookies weren’t the only thing in the oven. Now, 2 years old, almost 3, their daughter Camryn is the flower girl.
Katie LaBelle
Bridesmaid
McKayla and Katie met in 7th grade and a group of 5 girls attended a dance together, unfortunately there is a photo to prove it. Remaining friends throughout high school, Katie and McKayla both attended BOCES for Criminal Justice and grew even closer. Katie works in the Cancer Center at the Canton Potsdam Hospital. Katie is the most loyal friend you can find. She knows when to be serious when you need her and when to be funny and dramatic when you need a giggle. Katie enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and fishing with her boyfriend, Matt.
Morgan Casella
Bridesmaid
McKayla was introduced to Morgan by Katie shortly after meeting Katie. Morgan is a 4’ 11” spunky Italian with a gorgeous smile. Morgan recently got engaged to her fiancé, Bransen in 2023 and she works in an Ophthalmologist office. Just like McKayla, Morgan is also very passionate about her pets, she has two dogs, Journey and Vera and a cat named Franco, who made an appearance on America’s Funniest Home Videos.
Taylor Woodrow
Best Man
Best friends since grade school, Taylor and Caleab have always enjoyed the same hobbies. Four wheeling, snowmobiling, fishing, pizza and beer. Taylor works for Barrett Paving. Taylor enjoys hanging out, having bonfires, shooting trap and targets and he spends his free time with his family including his mom, dad, brothers, and step-mom. Taylor is a friendly guy who loves to chat and will come and plow your driveway and leave before you even noticed he was there. Good with cars, Taylor is always willing to offer his assistance or advice with anything that drives.
Andy Cummings
Groomsman
Andy (AKA Bear), is a father to his three sons, Caleab, Chase and Colton, and one step son, Bradley. He has worked at Cives Steel for 32 years, his current position being a Quality Control Inspector. Andy has an eye for wood work and made a rocking horse and step stool for his grand daughter, he also helped build his brothers house. Mr. Fix-it, he is someone you can call to help solve any issue. He is a hard worker and early riser and ends his day with putting his youngest son to bed. Andy enjoys gardening and every year, he cans his tomatoes and makes apple sauce. He is a great cook and grill master and his gift to his kids every year for Christmas is prime rib and a night making memories.
Colton Cummings
Groomsman
Colton, the groom’s half brother is 12 years old and in 6th grade. He has an extra chromosome and a lot of personality. He loves dressing up in his Santa and Grinch costumes and putting on a show. Colton enjoys riding in the golf cart and helping “D” (Dad/Andy) stack wood and make breakfast. He also likes listening to music and dancing. He has a fascination for his life-sized moving Santa statue that D has to drag up from the basement every year. Colton also goes on adventures with his mom, Jarren, and during the winter, they went sledding, made snowmen, sat by the fire and drank hot chocolate. Colton can be easily bribed by a bowl of chocolate ice cream.
Chase Cummings
Groomsman
Chase is the older brother to the Groom and also the father to the beautiful flower girl. Caleab and Chase work together at Cives Steel and Chase works as a Quality Control Inspector. Chase enjoys gaming on his computer. As kids, Chase and Caleab rode four wheelers, wrestled around, went berry picking and Chase hunted with his dad, Andy and shot clay pigeons. Chase married his wife, Mikayla in 2017, and they spend time as a couple at different breweries and restaurants and take their daughter out on different adventures. Chase, like is wife, is into tattoos and can be seen sporting his full sleeve Kraken themed tattoo.
John Morrow
Groomsman
John, who is the significant other of Caleab’s mother, has been a part of his life for some time now. He is an outdoorsy man who loves to hunt and proudly works as a land surveyor. John has two of his own children, Megan and Thomas. Though he is Papa to Camryn Elizabeth, in February of 2024, Megan made John a Grandfather to his beautiful granddaughter, Alice Layne Martin. John’s partner in crime is his yellow lab, Mya who cleans out his yogurt cups for him when he’s finished with them and always rides shotgun in the Kubota.
Bradley Drake
Groomsman
Bradley came into Caleab’s life in 2007 when his Mom and Caleab’s Dad met. Bradley has been a great bonus brother and they have shared many great moments together. Bradley played football in high school. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and takes pride in fitness and washing his truck. Bradley works as an underground miner at Vanderbilt Minerals and this year, Bradley and Kaylee will begin their journey of parenting together. This time, a baby and not their lab, Duke.
Camryn Cummings
Flower Girl
Camryn’s parents are both in the wedding party, her father is the Groom’s brother. Camryn is the most well behaved 2 year old you will meet and she has the best personality. She tagged along for wedding dress shopping and waited patiently asking, “what McKayla doin”, when she would disappear to change. Camryn finally got her turn to try on a princess dress with her mommy and she looked beautiful, even thought it was a tad oversized.
