Madison & Anthony were both student athletes at Arcadia University. It also helped that Anthony was a lifeguard at the university pool and Madison saw him often during her practices or meets. Madison & Anthony were swiping away on Tinder due to pandemic boredom, and matched! Things didn't get serious until about a month before Anthony & Madison graduated, and Madison was moving five hours away for graduate school. They decided to give long distance a shot, and through lots of zoom calls and five hour car trips, things worked out. Anthony moved in with Madison June 2022, and if they can survive living in an apartment with one bathroom, they can survive anything.

On a beautiful fall day, Anthony and Madison went to their favorite fall crafts festival, Dayton Days. Anthony insisted that after Dayton Days, they NEEDED to go to Bluestone Vineyards. They get back from Dayton Days, and Madison is exhausted. She ends up taking a nap and snoozing her alarm a couple times. After she fully wakes up, she takes her time doing her makeup. Anthony is getting antsy, but Madison thinks nothing of it. They get there and they happen to run into one of his coworkers, Ingrid. They say hello, and go sit down. Anthony insists that he'll get Madison's wine for her, so she sits in an Adirondack chair. Anthony returns with a bottle of her favorite wine at Bluestone, the Petit Manseng, with a custom label that asks, "Will you Marry Me?" Madison is in shock, and absolutely stuck in this Adirondack chair. Ingrid got a couple photos, and they were able to enjoy their wine in newly-engaged bliss!
