House Or Rental
Airbnb's and other rentals are a great option, however they are booking up fast due to the holiday weekend. If you are wanting to rent, I highly recommend booking ASAP as most are free cancellation through mid August. Here are some recommendations on places to look on Airbnb, VRBO, etc. Ketchum/Sun Valley area: this is where we will by staying and is objectively the most fun location to stay in. It is about 30 minutes from the venue Hailey, ID: about 15 minutes from the venue and halfway between Sun Valley and the venue Bellevue, ID: where the venue is located but farther from the fun shops/food
Hotel
If you choose to stay in a hotel, prices are higher this weekend due to it being a long holiday weekend. Below are the hotels that I have found to be the most affordable: Best Western Tyrolean Lodge (30 minutes from venue) Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Hailey Sun Valley (15 minutes from venue) Wood River Inn & Suites (15 minutes from venue) AmericInn by Wyndham Hailey Sun Valley (15 minutes from venue)
Flight
There are a few ways you can get to Idaho: Drive: WA to Sun Valley, ID is about a ~10 hour drive. If you'd prefer to do it in 2 days rather than 1, I'd recommend Pendelton, OR as a good overnight location as it is just under halfway. Fly to to Boise: This is the most affordable flight option. If you fly into Boise, you will need to rent a car (very affordable there) and drive ~2.5 hours to the Sun Valley area. Fly to Sun Valley: You can fly directly into the Sun Valley area, however it is the most expensive option as there are a limited number of flights into a very small airport. ***Note, there are very limited or even no Ubers or ride shares in the area.
