About the Venue

Our wedding will be held at The Gathering Barn in Ashland, Wisconsin. It’s a charming and intimate barn surrounded by natural beauty. The venue features a lovely outdoor ceremony space with a rustic arch, cozy fire pits for gathering, and a reception hall inside the barn.

When should guests arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Guests are kindly requested to arrive 20–30 minutes in advance to allow ample time for parking, seating, and settling in. We respectfully ask that all guests be seated no later than 3:50 PM to ensure an uninterrupted start to the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our celebration will be held in a barn setting. We kindly request semi-formal attire. Appropriate options include sundresses, cocktail dresses, dress shirts with slacks, or other polished ensembles. We ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans or casual khakis.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! If your invitation includes “and Guest” or lists another name, you’re welcome to bring that person. Otherwise, we’re keeping things intimate and are only able to accommodate the names listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

We adore your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you a chance to relax, enjoy the evening, and celebrate with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There’s plenty of free parking available right at the barn.
