Hannah moved to Boston in October 2023 for a travel nurse assignment, little did she know she would the meet the love of her life and stay on the East coast permanently. We met on Hinge and quickly hit it off. Kyle invited Hannah to sit for omakase at the restaurant where he was the chef, maybe is was the sake or the Guinness at the Irish pub afterwards but they were hooked. We spent everyday of that first week together, Kyle bringing Hannah Late night burgers or donuts and coffee to the hospital during overnight shifts (are you sensing a theme yet?). Kyle loved how easy going things were when they were together. The true challenge was keeping up with Hannah on "easy'' runs. Always having to calm down the athlete in her. In April 2025 we decided to move to Rhode Island and buy our first home together. Later that Summer, on August 5th 2025 we went to Newport Vineyards and ended the day at Second Beach as fiancés! Augusta Johnson (Kyle's mom) immigrated from Portugal when she was very young with her family and so we decided to elope in Madeira, Portugal on May 15th 2026. On August 1st, 2026 We are having a wedding celebration dinner with immediate family and friends to celebrate together.
