Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

September 1st is ideal so that we can have a head count for meals, make sure we have enough seating and tables. If you are unable to RSVP before then please contact Molly or Jacob so they can plan accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail and semi formal is requested, but feel free to make adjustments to the dress code to fit your comfort and needs. And wear your dancing shoes!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This will be an all adult event! There are many veterinary students in attendance who will need a break from the grueling schedule of rotations, so be ready to party! As much as we love the younger family members, we don't anticipate the celebration to be appropriate for the little ones.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hotel blocks under LaFlamme-McIntire at the Northampton Hotel and Fairfield Inn are available until August 11th, 2025 at a discounted rate. The travel tab on our website has all the information.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Afternoon Guest Transportation to Wedding: Pick-up Location: Hotel Northampton, with a stop at Fairfield Hotel if needed. 3:00 pm: First 34-passenger bus departs Hotel Northampton for the farm. 3:10 pm: Second 34-passenger bus departs Hotel Northampton for the farm. 3:15 pm: 14-passenger van departs Hotel Northampton for the farm. Evening Guest Transportation from Wedding: 7:00-10:00 pm: 14-passenger van departs the farm hourly (at 7, 8, 9, and 10 pm) to return guests to Hotel Northampton and Fairfield Hotel as needed. 10:00 pm: Two 34-passenger buses at the farm to transport guests back to Hotel Northampton and Fairfield Hotel.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4pm, so plan to arrive before then. Shuttles will take guests from Hotel Northampton and Fairfield Inn to the venue at 3pm, 3:10pm, and 3:15pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Add a note in your RSVP so that we can accommodate!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue for those who would like to drive themselves to the venue.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be an after party at Progression brewery immediately following the reception for those who want to continue celebrating. The following morning we will be having breakfast at the Wiggins Tavern on Hotel Northampton if you're still in the area and would like to spend more time with us!
