Answer

You can do this on the "My Disney Experience" website or App, or by calling Walt Disney World at (407) 939-5277. There are four different resort levels: Value, Moderate, Deluxe, and Deluxe Villas. $200 deposit is required if you book a package, and reservations can be cancelled up to 30 days in advance for a full refund. IMPORTANT: December is busy at WDW, so we highly suggest to reserve ASAP.

Question

Answer

By doing this you can add your park tickets/days, dining plans, memory maker, etc. all in your reservation booking. You also get early park entry, additional advanced access to booking lightening lanes for rides than anyone not staying at a Disney Resort.

Question

Can I book a hotel or Air B&B?

Answer

Of course you can! There are many other hotel and stay options in the Orlando area.

Question

What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website by 9/1/2025. Guests unconfirmed will be updated to a declined RSVP. If there are any circumstances you need additional time to RSVP, please reach out to the bride or groom. The reason for this is the hotel reservations will begin to fill up by the Fall/Winter, as our date is during one of the most busy times at Disney. We are trying to set an earlier date as a courtesy for your planning. Additionally, the special event/party tickets will typically go on sale in July, so if anyone wants to go early or extend their stay, these party dates will affect park times.
