Flight

Houston Hobby Airport

Houston has two airports: HOU (Houston Hobby) and IAH (George Bush Intercontinental). Guests may fly into either airport; however, we strongly recommend using HOU as it is much closer to the wedding festivities and will provide a more convenient travel experience for our guests. HOU is a focus airport for Southwest Airlines, and Delta also flies direct to HOU. Distance from Friendswood: ~20 minutes

Flight

George Bush Int. Airport

While HOU is the recommended airport of the bride and groom, IAH offers a nice alternative for guests who choose to fly with other airlines not currently serving HOU. IAH is Houston's largest and only international airport, with flights to and from almost all major cities across the country. Among others, American Airlines, Delta, JetBlue, and United all service IAH. Distance from Friendswood: ~1 hour

Transportation

Due to everything being a little spaced out in the great state of Texas, we would recommend renting a car for your stay. We do have Uber available around Houston if you might need to utilize that form of transportation, but out near our venue Uber availability might be a tad spotty.
