We met while both working in hockey. While we didn’t immediately hit it off, it only took one evening when Hunter was invited by some of the others from the group for a night out in Minneapolis. A group dinner, an escape room, roller coaster rides, and exploring the city ended with hours of conversation. We quickly created a bond. Hunter taught me how strong teamwork could be in a loving relationship. I taught Hunter how to live for the moment, enjoying time while you have it. Long distance was tough on us to start our relationship but we both supported each other from both near and far. Countless trips were made between Dallas, TX and Johnstown, PA. We conquered the long distance when I moved to Dallas to live with Hunter and start the second chapter of our relationship. We’ve continued to grow each and every day as a team.
